5love the beat
By Nick
I like Maroon 5, this song seems a little funkier for the group compared to most of their other music, but it's not too far from anything they've done. Great song... if you like M5, I don't know how you cannot like this song.

5"Wake up satisfied, feeling guilty"
By Amaranth
Maroon 5's "One More Night" does venture where other groups have gone before. It's the white bread reggae of UB40 and the Police... and while these '80s groups are hailed as legends, Maroon 5 does surprisingly better, since reggae isn't their thing. They have the shuffling rhythm down, and "One More Night" ranks as one of the sexiest songs of 2012. Adam Levine is at once seductive&rhythmical, and one will naturally dance along with it. It's a guilty pleasure song. This Maroon 5 song is addictive... and that's saying something. Maroon 5's recent Songs About Jane: 10th Anniversary Edition is getting an undeserved rehash. They weren't that good back then. Adam Levine wasn't a judge on "The Voice" and he hadn't gotten his nasally singing style under control. There has been considerable improvement.

With lyrics like "Cross my heart&hope to die" and "I wake up satisfied, feeling as guilty as hell",one can easily imagine Elizabeth Shaw belting this out in the upcoming sequel to Prometheus after enjoying a night of passion with David 8. Totally understandable. Besides, this song is sexy. That is all.
